These vectors are example-only fixtures for candidate-spec implementers.

Verify:
1. compare object shape against `../schema.json`
2. verify the provided checksums in `sha256sums.txt`
3. confirm the mode, verdict, and reason path resolve as expected
4. treat all vectors as illustrative until the first witnessed HOLD is publicly archived
